If payment is made within 7 days after due date, no reconnection fee and no invoice adjustment.

If payment is made later than 7 days after due date, reconnection will attract a fee of N15,000.00

Note: Please ensure you have your Site ID and Site Name when making payments to the bank
Payments will not be accepted at Netcom Africa Ltd’s Office

1) Name
2) Site ID
3) Bank Teller #
4) Date payment made
5) Amount Paid

Note: This will help us trace payment in our account in order to reactivate you in a timely manner.
